Digital Products
Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email upon payment confirmation. No shipping is required. Once your order is complete, you will receive a link to access and download your files. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.
Physical Notecards & Study Cards
Our physical products are printed and fulfilled on demand by our production partner. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Estimated shipping times after production:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at b_jo_94@yahoo.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside of our control.
